Jasper Lynn left the world of startups to follow his true calling—creating unforgettable meals that bring people together.
With roots in home cooking and a palate shaped by travel, tradition, and risk-taking, Jasper blends unapologetic Asian flavors with refined French and Californian technique.

He’s been since honored as House of Suntory’s 2023 Rising Chef of the Year and in 2024 featured by the James Beard Foundation’s Pebble Beach Food & Wine, California Food & Wine (2023 & 2025) and now, for his first ever headliner as Head Chef for Outstanding in the Field in Santa Barbara, but he’ll tell you his proudest moments happen around the table—with guests leaning in, laughing, and savoring something new and absolutely delicious.
